A person can only live up to their potential to the degree of their self identity. And a human being doesn’t rank very high on the totem pole in our consciousness.
That’s why human identity only produces more of the same… “low life”, because we think too “lowly” of ourselves.
What kind of person might you become, if you were to live up to the identity of God or Divinity? Think about it!
