I want to expand on the topic of trust some more this morning. I have seen a couple of memes and posts circulating about “Trust, Loyalty and Respect, Mess Up 1 and you lose all 3”.

I have previously mentioned that these are virtues used to bolster and shore up our wounded ego persona, to protect us.
I refer to them as the 3 Metals (in alchemy terminology) of the lower 3 Chakras - we can call them Brass, Steel and Titanium. Basically the stuff military (department of defense) equipment is made of.

These elements are pillars of the Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus energy centers, responsible for safety and security, and they build a pretty good and impenetrable fortress… but they also keep us confined in a very contracted, small space.

They are just below and outside of the 💚 chakra center. To reach the more expansive state (unconditional love) of the heart chakra, we have to deal with the debris (shadow, trauma, wounds) held inside the fortress of the lower 3 chakras.

There are situations in life where having the safety and security of the military bunker of strict “boundaries” is essential, to stop the constant inflow of abuse… to gain a safe space to allow the nervous system to dial down enough so we can focus on healing the long term complex traumas.

Once a person has done significant shadow work, the need and requirement for Trust, Loyalty and Respect falls away… because in the process of healing the Self, one will regain Self Trust, Loyalty to Self and Self Respect… to the point where it is no longer needed or required from others.

*I don’t NEED anything from you, for me to be OK! That’s the goal to living a peaceful and harmonious life, and ending the cycle of dysfunctional co-dependency.

Codependency is an unhealthy dependence on relationships. The co-dependent will do anything to hold on to a relationship or friendship; to avoid the feeling of abandonment. An extreme need for approval and recognition. A sense of guilt when asserting themselves. A compelling need to control others.

Today, I no longer need to trade in the commodities market of Trust and Loyalty; I mostly trade in Unconditional Love (Full heart expansion).

It might shock you when I say, I do NOT trust you! I do not trust anyone, because nobody is worthy of Trust (trustworthy). As humans, we lack the perfection that prevents us from never making a mistake in a relationship.

I do NOT trust you, but I Love you! Which is an entirely different thing.

I learned this in the hard school of the Twinflame connection, when I went through a period of time where I was served betrayal and rejection for breakfast, lunch and supper.

Unlike conventional relationships, that you can distance and divorce yourself from with strict boundaries… this is impossible with a One Soul connection of a Twin Flame dynamic. You are tethered energetically to your problem. Think of the conjoined Twins Abby and Brittany Hensel.

So when I could not run away from my own shadows and hide in the bunker, the ego got stomped on for a very long time, to break it down and soften it’s firewall.

Thankfully, my Crown chakra had opened before the betrayal happened, and I had guidance from my higher Self. The two ‘factions’ embroiled within me had the softening effect and influence of my Soul Chakra. And so, I worked through it over the course of the last 4 years.

I see an example of this in Jesus’ life when he hung on the cross and offered open-hearted forgiveness to his betrayers… when he cried out - “Father forgive them, for they know not what they do”… he was drawing on the influence of his Soul chakra, his higher Self… for surely his lower self would have given him the counsel of “Fuck them all” with no second chances granted.

I am just wondering out loud here…

I was watching an advertisement tonight that promoted a Psycho Hypnosis Therapy Course, that promises to eliminate / erase your past trauma programming in minutes by replacing it with new positive programming.

A few prominent people such as Oprah Winfree, Barak Obama and a few other Hollywood celebrities were even mentioned in the video, who successfully overcame their subconscious trauma programming and have gone on to build very successful lives.

What I am wondering about these “quick fix” MIND modalities is… does this method completely by-pass the heart/soul, because the unpleasant and often slow process of feeling yourself through the emotions with empathy and compassion is skipped over?

And does it produce a lot of successful “service to self” people (who don’t care for humanity’s well-being collectively), because the essential pathway that builds empathy was not activated by taking the long route and visiting the shadows consciously?

Clearly, one can have your “past” trauma wiped from your subconscious mind and start over with new ambitions of building your best life now, but if they remain selfish ambitions of personal success alone… this is not really a solution that will help humanity.

One should probably never use the word conclusion, as that is very final. But for lack of a better word, I am concluding (let’s say for today) that Ego death is in fact another illusion. The very best we can hope for is a ‘partnership’ with Ego, and understand it’s role.

You see, Ego is the part (of the left brain) that articulates our unseen consciousness (of the right brain) in such beautiful, spiritual words. So, in essence we are calling upon this personal assistance to defame itself, by calling it an ego-death. It’s laughable! 😄

While we are living in this realm of matter, Ego will constantly reinvent itself into a new version. Don’t be deceived by it, but instead make your peace with it, by acknowledging it’s presence.

It is our Ego, that is our personal A.I. if you will, helping us convey our spiritual journey and findings. You two shall never part.

I have shifted my perspective and now lean toward the “evolutionary” process of Consciousness turned Matter. Just yesterday I recorded a Musing about “the Word”. Many of us think of that term as a “perfect intelligent God man we have given the name Jesus”. But what if “the Word” as in “In the beginning was the Word” was a primordial Consciousness akin to the Big Bang theory… quite primitive and chaotic… and it is only through the cycles of repeated incarnations and RE-formations of matter that “the Word” is expanding itself? Or to put it in simple terms, God is evolving?

This gave me a new perspective on sharing our “Words” whether spoken or written, because I realised that our present consciousness is formed by the words spoken by those who came before us, and we “build” on their words and expand it further. And our spoken or written Word today, becomes someone’s consciousness tomorrow!
So, it is very important that we speak our insights and ideas, for in doing so we are evolving human consciousness, the planet and the universe.

An interesting thought came to me when I saw the meme below. And as I am considering the practice of “Speaking in Tongues”, I am realising that it’s purpose is vibrational and intended to shift consciousness.

I eventually figured out that there was no special gifting to “speaking in tongues”… it was simply one means of getting out of the “thinking” Left Brain.

Humming and singing will achieve the same thing, if you find you can’t speak in tongues. It is all about vibrations and shifting from the logical left brain into the soul side of the right brain, where we access the intuitive or ’spirit’ side. Be filled with the Spirit means, come from the RIGHT side of your brain.

“And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord,” Ephesians 5:18,19
