Shipping & Delivery Times

All merchandise custom crafted by Authentic Expressions will ship 2-3 weeks from the order date. Please plan your gift giving dates well in advance. Our carrier of choice is Canada Post and general delivery standards range from 5 to 10 business days.

Merchandise crafted by Barbara Symons will ship within 2-3 days and generally arrives within 3 to 6 business days, within the United States and 6 to 12 days for Canada and elsewhere. Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please keep in mind that delays due to customs might occur occasionally, so plan accordingly.
