Is The Gospel Of Grace “Toxic”?

Saw this on my FB feed today and this is a comment I made about the Gospel of Grace and why it is actually a toxic concept.

God doesn’t need any more glory. How much more must He take away from man to make himself look better?

But mankind sure could use a bit of that. We suffer from the cancer of low self esteem (toxic unworthiness), and that has produced an Ego in us that misbehaves like a psychologically damaged child… and we call it “sin”.

Yes, it is “sin” to live separate and in Self denial from all that is good and worthy, not being permitted to clothe ourselves in the reputation / glory of the Divine. Grace takes that away from man, that’s right. And this is why Grace is toxic.

Is It OK To Blame God?

People have a real problem with blaming God for their troubles.

I am all for blaming God. And we should not feel guilty for doing so. Why? Because “He” (just using that because of the common vernacular) has the biggest shoulders, and he created this mess.

I wish to refrain from blaming human beings who have been virtually blind folded and are expected to guide themselves and others through this confusing life without running into things. 🀦

People don’t like me talking like this, because “God” or our concept of Him is the only means for self soothing that is not tainted by this world. I get it. But, maybe we need to look at the reasons for our need to spiritually ’self soothe’? Why do we need a blameless Daddy?

Maybe our problems remain, because we constantly self blame and make ourselves responsible for failing. Maybe it isn’t our fault? And we carry around this false guilt that does not belong to us. Put it on God’s shoulders, literally for that is where it belongs.

Perhaps this is the meaning the Gospel should have had. Instead of finding Himself an innocent lamb (human sacrifice), He should have been the scapegoat for what He created.

Why Is Narcissism On The Rise?

I am just wondering out loud here…

I was watching an advertisement tonight that promoted a Psycho Hypnosis Therapy Course, that promises to eliminate / erase your past trauma programming in minutes by replacing it with new positive programming.

A few prominent people such as Oprah Winfree, Barak Obama and a few other Hollywood celebrities were even mentioned in the video, who successfully overcame their subconscious trauma programming and have gone on to build very successful lives.

What I am wondering about these “quick fix” MIND modalities is… does this method completely by-pass the heart/soul, because the unpleasant and often slow process of feeling yourself through the emotions with empathy and compassion is skipped over?

And does it produce a lot of successful “service to self” people (who don’t care for humanity’s well-being collectively), because the essential pathway that builds empathy was not activated by taking the long route and visiting the shadows consciously?

Clearly, one can have your “past” trauma wiped from your subconscious mind and start over with new ambitions of building your best life now, but if they remain selfish ambitions of personal success alone… this is not really a solution that will help humanity.

When Will Deconstruction Be Over?

Something I wrote as a FB comment… When will deconstruction be over?

What we are actually “deconstructing” isn’t the Bible or Christianity, although these are pieces in this megalithic mosaic… but really it’s all of our “ego” constructs. And those involve so much more than just the religious aspects.

We are deconstructing the illusions of Ego. And yes that will be ongoing for the rest of our 3D existence. We constantly have to weigh and re-level the balance of Consciousness and Ego. And each time we deconstruct another piece, we go through another grief cycle.

Reminds me of the Bible verse attributed to Paul when he wrote “I die daily”… I die daily to yet another piece of my Ego constructed “reality”.

And when we are done deconstructing Religion, lets move on to deconstructing Politics.

Ego Death Is An Illusion - There Is No Such Thing

One should probably never use the word conclusion, as that is very final. But for lack of a better word, I am concluding (let’s say for today) that Ego death is in fact another illusion. The very best we can hope for is a ‘partnership’ with Ego, and understand it’s role.

You see, Ego is the part (of the left brain) that articulates our unseen consciousness (of the right brain) in such beautiful, spiritual words. So, in essence we are calling upon this personal assistance to defame itself, by calling it an ego-death. It’s laughable! πŸ˜„

While we are living in this realm of matter, Ego will constantly reinvent itself into a new version. Don’t be deceived by it, but instead make your peace with it, by acknowledging it’s presence.

It is our Ego, that is our personal A.I. if you will, helping us convey our spiritual journey and findings. You two shall never part.
